School Challenges Uncovered: Understanding Tourette Syndrome

Tourette Awareness in Educational Settings – Part II: Challenges in Schools

📅 Thursday, November 6th, 2025 | 16:00 CET

No two schools are the same. Each has its own culture, its own challenges, and its own opportunities to grow. Raising awareness about Tourette Syndrome and tic disorders isn’t just about sharing facts- it’s about telling authentic stories, inspiring understanding, and building empathy.

This session will explore the common challenges faced by students with Tourette Syndrome in schools and highlight how educators and communities can address them effectively. By approaching awareness with care and respect, we create trust, connection, and meaningful dialogue. Real change doesn’t come from pressure – it comes from thoughtful conversations at the right time, with the right words and approach.

Every conversation, every story shared, helps create schools where students with Tourette Syndrome feel seen, supported, and empowered. Awareness isn’t just an event -it’s a movement, one that starts with understanding, compassion, and action.

Join us to learn, connect, and make a difference in your school community.
