A Warm Welcome to Tourette Canada: Connecting Across Borders

We’re delighted to welcome Tourette Canada as the newest association member of Tics and Tourette Across the Globe (TTAG) – in a year that marks its 50th anniversary!

Founded in 1976 as the Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada, the organisation grew from families coming together to build a national voice for people affected by Tourette syndrome. Five decades later, that commitment to understanding, dignity and community remains at the heart of its work.

Today, its nationwide, volunteer-driven network provides education, advocacy, peer support and community outreach to people and families across Canada.

Having Tourette Canada join TTAG is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the connections within our global Tourette community. We believe that sharing experiences, knowledge and ideas across countries makes all of us stronger and helps us better support individuals and families at the heart of our work.

We’re very much looking forward to deepening our connection with our Canadian colleagues and finding new ways to share, collaborate and make a difference together.

Many voices, shared purpose: a stronger global Tourette community.

Welcome to TTAG, Tourette Canada -and congratulations on 50 years of dedication to your community. We’re very happy to have you with us!
